At Greater Than Gluten, we do our best to ship your order quickly, safely, and affordably to the countries and regions we currently serve.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Canada, United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.
If your country or region is not listed above, we are not currently able to ship there.
Shipping Rates

Where free shipping is offered, it will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Most orders typically arrive within 1–10 business days after they leave our facility.
Remote or rural addresses may take longer.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Carriers
We may ship orders using carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, Canpar, GLS, ICS, or other courier services depending on the destination and service availability.
The carrier used for your order may vary based on your shipping address and the most efficient available option.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipment has been picked up by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Greater Than Gluten is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@greaterthangluten.com with your order number and any relevant details. We will work with you and the carrier to help resolve the issue.
For damaged orders, please include clear photos of the packaging and product so we can review the situation properly.
PO Boxes
Some courier services may not deliver to PO Boxes. If you enter a PO Box address and we are unable to ship to it using an available carrier, we may contact you for an alternate address.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@greaterthangluten.com.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.
