Pizza Crust

Want soft, chewy, gluten-free pizza crust that actually tastes like the real thing? Our White Bread Mix makes it easy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Greater Than Gluten White Bread Mix
  • Yeast (packet included in the mix)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • Desired pizza sauce & toppings

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the dough: Prepare dough according to the instructions on your White Bread Mix bag. 

  2. Let it rise: Turn the dough out onto a lightly oiled surface and form into a ball. Cover with lightly oiled plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes.

  3. Shape the crust: Divide the dough into 3 equal balls. Using your hands, form each into a 12-inch disk, leaving a raised edge for the crust (Neapolitan style). The centre should be thin but not transparent.



  4. Top & bake: Add your favourite sauce, cheese, and toppings. Bake at 400 °F for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

  5. Serve & enjoy: Slice and enjoy a pizza that everyone will love — completely gluten-free!

Tip: Brushing the crust with a little olive oil before baking gives extra crispiness.
