Cinnamon Rolls

With our White Bread Mix you can create bakery-style cinnamon rolls at home without the fuss. From the pillowy dough to the sweet, gooey filling and irresistible glaze, these cinnamon rolls are perfect for cozy mornings, special breakfasts, or anytime you need a little treat.

Ingredients

Dough:

  • 1 bag Greater Than Gluten White Bread Mix
  • Yeast (packet included in the mix)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 3/4 cups water

Cinnamon Filling:

  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon

Cream Cheese Icing

  • 120 g (1/2 cup) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the dough: Prepare dough according to the instructions on your White Bread Mix bag.

  2. Shape and fill rolls: Roll the dough out into a 12 × 16-inch rectangle. Spread the softened butter evenly over the surface, then sprinkle with the brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut the dough into 12 even strips (each about 12 inches long), roll each strip and place them in a greased 8 × 10-inch baking dish or similar.

  3. Let them rise: Cover with lightly oiled plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes.



  4. Bake: Bake at 325 °F for 40-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 208 °F and the tops are golden and lightly caramelized.

  5. Prepare the icing: While the rolls bake, beat together the cream cheese, butter, icing sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

  6. Serve and enjoy: Spread the cream cheese icing over the warm rolls. These soft, gooey cinnamon rolls are completely gluten-free and perfect for any occasion.

Tip: For slightly crispier edges, brush the outer edges of the rolls lightly with melted butter before baking. This helps them brown and caramelize while keeping the centres soft and gooey.
