Hamburger Buns

Soft, chewy, and perfectly golden, gluten-free hamburger buns made with our White Bread Mix are a game-changer! Easy to make at home, they’re ideal for juicy burgers, sandwiches, or just snacking straight from the oven. Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Greater Than Gluten White Bread Mix
  • Yeast (packet included in the mix)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 3/4 cups water

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the dough: Prepare dough according to the instructions on your White Bread Mix bag. 

  2. Shape the buns: Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll into balls.



  3. Let them rise: Cover with lightly oiled plastic wrap and let them rise in a warm place for 30–40 minutes. 

  4. Bake: Bake at 325 °F for 35–40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 208°F

  5. Serve & enjoy: Let cool slightly before slicing. Perfectly soft, chewy gluten-free hamburger buns!

Tip: Brush with melted butter or oil before baking for a golden, shiny finish.
