Dinner Rolls

Fluffy, soft, and irresistibly chewy, gluten-free dinner rolls using our White Bread Mix are perfect for every meal! From family dinners to holiday feasts, these rolls are easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser. Warm them up, top with butter, and enjoy that fresh-baked goodness at home.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Greater Than Gluten White Bread Mix
  • Yeast (packet included in the mix)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 3/4 cups water

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the dough: Prepare dough according to the instructions on your White Bread Mix bag. 

  2. Shape the rolls: Divide the dough into 10 equal parts and roll into balls.


  3. Let them rise: Cover with lightly oiled plastic wrap and let them rise in a warm place for 30–40 minutes.

  4. Bake: Bake at 325 °F for 30–35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 208 °F

  5. Serve & enjoy: Let cool slightly before serving. Soft, chewy, gluten-free dinner rolls perfect for any meal!

Tip: Brush with melted butter or oil before baking for a golden, glossy finish.
